Where we restore terrazzo around Tampa

We work out of Tampa and across Hillsborough County, and the list below is the set of places where county records show the mid-century block houses that carry terrazzo. They are not interchangeable. Town 'n' Country took seven feet of Helene surge; Carrollwood's first units were built around Lake Carroll from 1959; Sun City Center's 1960s Del Webb houses sit 24 miles south of downtown; Brandon's terrazzo is a thin band in its original core. Each page says what is actually true about the floors in that place.

The square-foot prices are the same wherever the house is. What changes from place to place is what we tend to find on the slab: surge-soaked carpet in the low coastal neighborhoods, tile over terrazzo in the resold 1960s ranches of Carrollwood, and carpet over late-1960s Del Webb floors in Sun City Center. Pinellas County, across the bay, is not part of our area.

Every area gets the same published pricing, on the pricing page, and the same list of services. If your town is not listed, call and ask: routes change.
